As a QA Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the QA team and helping in organizing QA processes and workflow. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for taking the amazing games and making sure they’re as polished as possible before release. You will create and follow test plans, and test all areas of a wide range of games. Furthermore, you will create clear and detailed bug reports.


  • Functionality, compatibility, usability, and regression testing
  • Coordinating QA team and organizing QA processes and workflow
  • Close co-operation with the whole QA team, QA Manager, and other departments
  • Finding, reproducing, analyzing, and reporting issues to the dev team
  • Co-creation, execution, and review of manual test cases
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to the development team
  • Cooperation with spread out the testing team


  • Relevant experience as a QA Lead or as a QA Coordinator in the game dev industry
  • Self-organized, able to weigh up priorities and act accordingly
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with Jira
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivation and people management skills
  • Passion for quality and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of PC and consoles above the level of the regular end user
