ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Lead Designer, you’ll be participating in implementing a wide range of game features, coordinating a team of designers, and maintaining stable performance throughout the game.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing project vision and communicating it throughout the team
- Driving major gameplay features and implementing them to high quality
- Designing and managing various game systems through the entire cycle of production from conception to finalization
- Balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences to ensure the critical and commercial success of the product
- Coordinating the team’s work and providing feedback to team members
- Inspiring and mentoring other designers in best practices, processes, and procedures related to game production
- Collaborating with Game Director, Art Director, other Leads and Producers
- Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines
- Supporting the creation of clear and consistent design documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in the game design with at least 2 shipped AAA title as a Designer
- Experience in leading a team of designers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Creativity and a fantastic eye for detail
- Ability to manage the team time and work within deadlines
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Very good command of English
- Passion for games
