ABOUT THE POSITION:

The IT Director will be responsible for the strategy and development of the IT area and ensuring consistent quality of all IT processes across 3 Studios in Poland. Your task will also be to structure and manage all internal operations, procedures, and standards. Moreover, You will be acting as a Business Partner – working closely with other company departments to resolve IT issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility for the strategy and development of the IT area (team, processes, applications, infrastructure)
  • Responsibility for ensuring consistent quality of IT processes in terms of IT Administration and Security across 3 locations in Poland (Warsaw, Cracow, Rzeszów) 
  • Responsibility for IT budget planning, control, and cost optimization
  • Responsibility for ensuring continuity of IT systems, backups, networks, applications, and electronic equipment
  • Structuring and managing all internal processes (including operational, security, and administrative), procedures, standards, and IT documentation
  • Managing all levels of Help Desk support and providing ongoing support to company employees and associates (including remotely)
  • Electronic equipment lifecycle management (purchasing, maintenance, sales)
  • Maintain records and documentation of equipment units and participate in their inventory processes
  • Managing, planning, building, and developing the IT team (distributed team)
  • Acting as a Business Partner – working closely with other company departments to resolve IT issues
  • Collaborating and maintaining relationships with external business partners and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the development, management, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and administration
  • Knowledge of best practices and trends in infrastructure, administration, security, networks, systems, and applications
  • Experience in hardware management and periodic IT budget planning
  • Excellent written and oral Polish and English skills (daily communication in an international environment)
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in project management
  • Gamer in heart 😉
