ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Creative Director, you will join a team of game dev veterans, work closely with Game Leads and execute creative aspects of our fast-paced action games.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and executing the vision and progress of the game
- Overseeing the quality, the look and feel, and the game’s pace
- Executing the overall vision for creative assets, including guiding the artistic look, and quality of visuals and player experience
- Collaborating with the department leads to communicate and make decisions regarding the overall creative vision of our games
- Use technical knowledge of high-end art development to create games and pitch high-level game concepts
- Working with technical teams in order to improve the game design workflow
- Assisting the team in working efficiently and meeting project deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Leadership experience gained in a company developing PC and consoles games
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and at least 2 shipped titles
- Strong understanding of game project planning and scheduling
- Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Ability to manage their time and work within deadlines
- Ability to lead the team to high-quality results and readiness to provide clear and meaningful feedback
- Understanding of how game crafts uniquely contribute to a compelling final product
