If you feel that you have not fully entered the world of regulations, but you know that you want to get to know it and this is an area that you consciously want to develop – we are looking for you!
YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Taking care of benefits in the company (both settlements, monitoring contact, contracts with suppliers, administrative matters)
- Preparing employment documentation e.g., contracts, contract amendments, and any other HR-related documents
- Full responsibility for the archiving process of contracts with FWH team members
- Entering and maintaining the correctness of employees’ absences
- Supporting payroll data delivery to the external providers of accounting services
- Assisting in various HR projects and tasks as needed
BEST IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or payroll administration role
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
- Fluent in Polish and communicative English (at least B2 level)
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Very good communication, organizational and planning skills
- Challenge accepted attitude 🙂
