As a Technical Art Director, you will join a team of game dev veterans, work closely with Game Leads, Producers and the Management Team, and execute the vision of our fast-paced action games. We look for super experienced person in the area of 3d graphics and Unreal engine. 



  • Working with the Programming and Art teams across the studio to identify, research and help implement technical features needed for our artistic vision
  • Coordinating work of Technical Artists and Technical Art Leads
  • Working with the Tool and Engine teams in order to improve the art creation pipelines and support R&D
  • Providing clear feedback to the team
  • Communicating technical constraints and best practices to the art team
  • Assisting the technical art team in working efficiently and meeting project deadlines
  • Finding the right balance between performance and quality



  • Strong practical experience in Unreal 
  • Experience gained in a companies developing PC and consoles AAA games
  • Knowledge of modeling, textures/shaders, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in more than one art field such as VFX, Lighting, Characters, Concept Art, Environments, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of game dev software such as Maya, Substance, and Marvelous
  • Understanding technical constraints of modern gaming platforms
  • Superior eye for light, value, color and composition



  • Knowledge of C++ Programing
  • Experience with Houdini and procedural pipelines
