About the position


As a producer you will work closely with other producers, directors and
team leads to coordinate development processes within the studio. You will
be in the middle of every activity happening in the projects! Planning, observing
the progress, resolving problems, gathering and passing relevant information
will be your daily routine.


  • Coordinate cooperation between different cross-discipline teams
  • Ensure information flow between  teams
  • Plan and report progress of teams‘ work
  • Manage priorities to ensure realisation of project goals
  • Track and mitigate risks appearing in the development
  • Support decision-making process
  • Support resolving any problem that the team may face during production
  • Support recruitment process


  • Passion for games
  • 3+ years of experience as a producer in the game development environment
  • Experience in managing cross-discipline teams
  • Teamwork attitude
  • High level of self-control
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Understanding the game development process from a concept phase to the
  • Experience with project management tools (experience with Jira will be
    a plus)
  • Fluent  English
