About the position

As a narrative designer, you will be working closely with the Design and
Writing team to bring up exciting stories and develop interesting characters
in our games. You’ll become a part of the new narrative team consisting
of industry’s pros and will be given an opportunity to shape our unique,
upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design narrative content for the exciting new project, through the full
    cycle of production from conception to finalization
  • Realizing overarching story themes on different design and narrative layers
  • Collaborate with Design, Art and Writing team to flesh out narrative ideas
  • Understanding of different narrative tools and their application
  • Share their knowledge and mentor other Designers; (*in case of Seniors)
  • Work with the Tool and Engine teams in order to improve the game design
    workflow; (*in case of Seniors)

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas to the rest of the team
  • Ability to manage your time and work within deadlines
  • Ability to provide consistency of narration with a thorough understanding
    of design and strong creative vision
  • Documenting, testing and implementing the narrative and localization structure
    within the game
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and passion for games
  • Writing experience is a plus
  • Using level editors is a plus
  • Experience with UE4 will be a plus
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • 5 years of experience in narrative design and at least 2 shipped titles (*in case of Seniors)
