As a Game Director, you will join a team of game dev veterans, work closely with Game and Publishing Leads and create over-the-top action games.



  • Creating and executing the vision of the game in cooperation with Creative and Art Directors, Lead Producers, and the Leads
  • Overseeing the quality, the look and feel, gameplay and narrative systems, balance of the game, and the overall experience
  • Close cooperation with the Producers, developing a production roadmap, determining priorities, monitoring progress, and making any necessary adjustments
  • Guiding and supporting the game design team to ensure that the systems answer the various constraints and ultimately create the best player experience
  • Communicating the game vision, ideas, team and project goals, plans, and status to different audiences (e.g. management, employees, stakeholders, publishers)
  • Building resource and financial plans and measuring product against the planned budget and timelines



  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a company developing PC and consoles games (preferably AAA) with at least 1 title shipped in a similar position
  • Understanding of all game development pipelines leading from a concept to a final product 
  • Strong understanding of game development project planning and scheduling
  • Strategic thinking and deep understanding of market trends and players’ behaviors
  • Creativity and good communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with proven experience in leading projects and teams
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 will be a big plus
  • Fluent English
