Responsibilities:

  • Preparing employment documentation e.g. contracts, contract amendments and any other HR related documents
  • Conducting personal administration and payroll processes Payroll advisory, especially ensuring compliance of HR policies with the Polish labor law
  • Coordinating the compensation and benefits administration as well as payroll process
  • Managing work hours and overtime based on the company time and attendance policy
  • Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
  • Responsible for labor law and safety provision compliance & administration, in close cooperation with external providers of legal services and advisors
  • Coordinating and supporting the HR team in the whole process of hiring expat employees or contractors
  • Developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures to provide administrative support for HR projects
  • Managing payroll related data (e.g. transfer, overtime, holidays, delegation, salary change)
  • Close cooperation with HR team, Finance Director and organizational management team
  • Answering employees’ and contractors’ questions on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience on independent position in HR and payroll administration
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Good practical experience with MS Excel
  • Fluent in Polish and communicative knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Very good communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills and a “never give” up attitude
