Helpdesk Technician

About the position:

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will work with every Hog in the company.

You will get to work on many sides of IT (from small tasks to big projects such as stocktaking or events). You will be working closely with and reporting to the Head of IT Department. We are looking for a tech-savvy team player with a passion for games and IT.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Providing IT support to Hogs on a daily basis
  • Taking care of office and IT equipment
  • Modernizing the current IT equipment
  • Handling the stocktaking process and keeping track of stock
  • Maintaining a flawless process of letting Hogs work flawlessly
  • Helping to evolve the IT department

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Great knowledge of Windows family systems and IT equipment
  • Understanding of basic IT security practices
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and a team worker
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Proficiency in Polish and English language
  • Self-reliance and ability to organize and prioritize your own work
  • Ability to learn, grow and keep updated within own area of responsibility
  • Ability to create technical documentation is a plus
